Processing Applications from Investors

Keeping Record of Applications and Money Received from Investors or Paid to the Sellers

Assisting in Determining the Basis of Allotment of Securities
The basis of allotment refers to the criteria or rules used to allocate securities to investors who have applied for them. This action involves analyzing the total demand for securities, considering factors such as oversubscription, proportionate allocation, priority criteria, and any applicable regulations or guidelines. Finalizing the List of Persons Entitled to Allotment of Securities
